Bethesda Car Theft: Police Release Video Of Suspects Driving Away

Police are asking the public for help identifying 3 suspects who got into a woman's Toyota Corolla and drove away while she made a delivery.

BETHESDA, MD — Police are asking for the public's help identifying three suspects in a car theft in Bethesda.

A woman reported that her 2019 Toyota Corolla was stolen while she made a delivery at a business on the 4700 block of Bethesda Avenue. A witness said they saw three people get into the car, and Montgomery County Police pulled surveillance footage that shows three people walk by the car and then get in and drive away.

The license plate on the car is 3DR6046.

MCP is asking anyone with information to call the 2nd District Investigative Unit. Those who want to stay anonymous can call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477), MCP said. There could be a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
