Bethesda Farmer's Market thriving

The Bethesda farmers market is the place to be on Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m. The selection is endless from farm fresh milk, gluten free baked goods to Crepes made to order and always a musician on hand to lend some relaxing music for the crowd. Bethesda Elementary school offers the best of all worlds, with playgrounds and fields to let your dog run free, or the children play while you may enjoy a tasty brunch brought to you by the many vendors with a magical selection of diverse and ethnic food.

Parking on Sunday morning is fantastic; all the meters are free on Sunday so you have your pick of the place, including the library and the indoor parking lots. Grab your reusable bag and you are off to get the best vegetables and fruits one can hope to find here in this bustling metropolis.

Colorful, organic and delicious fruits and vegetables are only a few blocks away to this temple of the farmers market here in Bethesda. There is also coffee and several kinds of chocolate elixir hot and cold drinks for all ages. Crab meat is being sold this summer, along with other seafood and meat.

Zeke’s coffee is a standard morning tradition, which may be served hot or cold and they also sell by the pound, not just by the cup.
