Beware Metro Riders: Person Filming Upskirts, Posting to Porn Site

An unidentified suspect has been taking upskirt photos and putting them on an adult website.

Someone, who identified themselves as a man on the site, has been posting the inappropriate photos and videos on XHamster, a site where users post and share pornography, WUSA9 reports.

The footage reportedly includes adult women and teenagers. It shows active maps of the Silver Line which opened in summer 2014.

The Metro released the following statement to FOX 5:

“We find the report disturbing. Metro Transit Police detectives are aware of the matter and are investigating. As always, we encourage riders to report any harassment or unusual behavior to Transit Police, even if the incident may not rise to the level of a crime. Reports can be submitted online (wmata.com/harassment), by phone (202-962-2121) or text message (MyMTPD).”

In October, a Virginia man went to D.C. Superior Court where charges for taking upskirt pictures at the Lincoln Memorial were dismissed. The female judge said that women do not have the right to privacy in public.
