If a customer makes a purchase tomorrow at any California Tortilla, we'll include an order of Chips and Queso for the cost of whatever the wind chill factor is as of 10am at the California Tortilla World HQ in Rockville. For example: If the wind chill factor is 5 degrees, we'll only charge you 5 cents for the chips and queso. If the wind chill factor is negative 5 degrees, the chips and queso will be free and we'll pay YOU 5 cents to eat it.
