BETHESDA, MD — A car was stolen from the parking lot of a Downtown Bethesda business on Sept. 2, and Montgomery County police have released photos of the car and a suspect.

The silver 2019 Honda Accord (Maryland license plate 5DW1131) was parked behind a business in the 4000 block of Bethesda Avenue, police say. The owner reported it missing when they went outside at 10:18 a.m. and it wasn't there.

A man was seen in the car driving away westbound on Bethesda Avenue, police said. They did not say who saw him.
