City Of Chevy Chase: Amended Protocols For Entering The Village Hall

 The below protocols for access to the Village Hall have been updated accordingly:

• The Village is following the county’s guidance, which has opened government buildings with no access or social distancing requirements; however, ALL individuals entering indoor public spaces, including the Village Hall, are required to wear a mask/face covering per the Montgomery County Health Regulation that goes into effect at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, August 7, 2021.   

• Private rentals have resumed at full capacity, as well as classes and organizational activities.  All attendees and participants are required to wear a mask/face covering.

• Some administrative personnel are continuing to work a hybrid schedule to leverage opportunities for focused, uninterrupted work time and on days when working partial days to avoid unnecessary commuting time.  Residents are encouraged to call/email administrative personnel to ensure the staffer they seek is on-site.  

• We continue to require online submission of all permit applications and electronic processing of all permits and plan reviews.
