French Summer Camps for Kids in Washington DC – July to August | Full Day Immersion
Would you like your child to enjoy a fun and enriching summer while learning French in Washington DC?
Our French summer camps are immersive, playful, and designed to help children learn naturally through games, activities, and interaction. It’s like holidays in French!
At French Academy DC MD VA, we offer high-quality French immersion camps for kids with experienced native French teachers.

* French Summer Camps for Kids – Washington DC - Full-day French immersion camps
- July to mid-August
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am–3:30pm Extended care available: 8:30am–5:00pm
- All levels welcome: beginners, advanced children, and bilingual kids.
- Small groups: up to 14 children per group. Ratio approximately 1 adult for 5 children
- Tuition $470 per week
-Week 1 - July 6th to 10th: On aime le sport! We love sports (Boys and Girls)!
Let's learn about sports. Move and play. Great for boys and girls!
-Week 2 - July 13th to 17th: On aime les contes - We love fairy tales
Let's talk about famous tales and stories, act and play.
-Week 3 - July 20th to 24th: On aime la nature - We love nature
Let's have fun with activities and games about nature and how to nurture our environment !
-Week 4 - July 27th to 31st: On aime le cinéma - We love cinema
Discuss your favorite movies, actors and costumes, act and become a movie star!
-Week 5 - Aug 3rd to 7th: On aime manger - We love to eat
Have fun with learning, crafting and playing about food !
-Week 6 - Aug 10th to 14th: On va dans l'espace - We go into Space
Let's celebrate the launch of Artemis. We will talk about astronauts, space ships and more!
* What Do Kids Do at Camp?
French through games, songs, and storytelling. More academic activities are offered in the weekly group classes or private lessons, while our camps are meant to be very playful.
