BETHESDA, MD (Jan. 4, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Bethesda office has relocated to a new site in downtown Bethesda.
The previous office, located at 7272 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 100, had housed Coldwell Banker’s Bethesda operations for 24 years. It will be demolished to make room for the construction of the Purple Line, a proposed light rail project that will connect Bethesda to New Carrollton.
The move will was effective Dec. 29. Coldwell Banker’s Bethesda office is now located at 4800 Montgomery Lane, Suite 100.
The new site will offer clients a larger space in close proximity to the Bethesda Metro Station.
“We’ve been eager to move into the new location and get settled,” said Alana Lasover, Branch Vice President at Coldwell Banker’s Bethesda office. “The new spot will give us an opportunity to serve our clients from a fresh location.”
