CRESA WASHINGTON DC NEGOTIATES HEADQUARTERS LEASE EXPANSION AND RELOCATION FOR KVS TITLE AT 7550 WISCONSIN AVE. IN BETHESDA

April 28, 2014 (Bethesda, MD) – Cresa Washington DC, a corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of fully integrated services, announces today that it has negotiated on behalf of KVS Title an 8,291-square-foot headquarters lease expansion and relocation at 7550 Wisconsin Ave. in Bethesda.


Cresa Washington DC Senior Vice President Aaron Berkey, LEED AP, represented KVS, a full-service title and escrow company serving buyers and sellers of real property in D.C., Maryland and Virginia.

Presently based at 7200 Wisconsin Ave. in Bethesda, under an office lease previously negotiated by Cresa Washington DC, KVS will nearly double in size when it moves to 7550 Wisconsin Ave., a 128,000-square-foot LEED Gold property in Bethesda. The transaction is the first to get signed at the building since Akridge completed a full renovation in 2013.

KVS called on Berkey to find a new corporate office in Bethesda that would accommodate its staff growth in a higher-quality property with a larger array of amenities.
