Cresa Washington DC Represents Centrus Energy in 24K SF Relocation in Bethesda

Cresa Washington DC recently represented Centrus Energy in a 23,888-square-foot lease renegotiation and relocation from 6903 Rockledge Drive to 6901 Rockledge Drive, part of a 680,000-square-foot office park in North Bethesda, MD. Cresa DC Managing Principal Rich Rhodes, also CEO of Cresa LLC, and Principal Jon Olmstead represented Centrus Energy, a supplier of enriched uranium fuel for international and domestic commercial nuclear power plants.

“This transaction has allowed our client to right-size its space in advance of its expiration date,” said Rhodes. “Given Centrus’ comfort level in the park, the amenity base, the easy access to route I-270, and the favorable terms, this was an ideal outcome for them.”
