Since they were founded in 2006 by Russell H. Digillio who founded the first made to order and completely fresh, warm hot donuts from Duck, North Carolina they have risen to fame on their exquisitely created venue of a fresh hot donut made to order with icing and toppings such as chocolate, peanut butter, marshmallows, nuts, coconut and many other fixings at their kitchen.
Locally we have Duck Donuts in Rockville, Gaithersburg and Arlington and Alexandria, Virginia and they are the stuff that dreams are made of. Fresh icing and chocolate and fresh from the fryer donuts that make them hot when they get to you.
We could not be happier to have them locally in the DC Metro area. It is a delicacy to receive a donut hot from the fryer and to eat them hot. It could be a special occasion to arrive with a dozen to work or attend an event with them in tow and to bring them to a birthday party. the events never run out so we are lucky to have such an appropriate treat to bring to an event that would be in awe to receive them.
