The Writer’s Center is presenting an exclusive one-day seminar on publishing a book or eBook in the new digital age from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 23 at 4508 Walsh Street, Bethesda.
Whether they’re still working on a manuscript or ready to publish, this program is designed to give writers the information they need to publish - and market - their own book.
Topics include “How to Publish Today – Your Choices,” “How to Control Your Publishing Experience & Where to get Help,” “Preparing Your Manuscript for Publication,” “Legal and Business Issues for Authors” and “Developing Your Marketing Plan.” Speakers include industry experts Ally Peltier, Angela Render, Cynthia Blake Sanders, Laura Strachan, Ken Ackerman, Neal Gillen and Wilson Wyatt.
The cost for the seminar is $100, $85 for members and $50 for students.
