Teens: Meet Author Neal Shusterman with Cautionary Tale for Teens on Wed. October 10, 5pm.
Fans of Shusterman’s Unwind have beenwaiting for the continuation of Connor, Risaand Lev’s story. In this dystopian tale, parents of children between the ages of 13and 18 can rid themselves of more difficult children by having them “unwound.” Designated children have their body partstransplanted to other humans in need oforgans. These three characters narrowly escaped this process, and are leading arebellion of this process. Shusterman’s newbook UnWholly, continues the story. Holdon to your limbs.
Join us and author Shusterman at 5pm on October 10 for his book talk plus signing. Copies of his books will be available forpurchase through an arrangement with Politics and Prose Bookstore. A percentage of the purchase price will be donated to the Friends of the Library, Bethesda Chapter.
