EYA/Streetscape Team Chooses Sandy Spring Builders for Single-Family Homes at Grosvenor Heights

10 Single Family Homes Planned for Community

EYA and Streetscape Partners, the development team behind the 33-acre Grosvenor Heights neighborhood in Bethesda, has selected Sandy Spring Builders to construct 10 single-family homes planned for the community.

The residences are the only single family lots in the Grosvenor Heights neighborhood where EYA is building 99 elevator townhomes and 23 MPDU homes and Michael Harris Homes is constructing 20 elevator townhomes.

Designed by GTM Architects, the Sandy Spring-built residences will offer four levels of living space, open floor plans and covered parking for up to four cars. Special features include exceptional elevations and expansive glass walls offering views of the surrounding woodlands and stone terraces accessible from the home’s kitchen and family room.

Elsewhere at Grosvenor Heights, EYA’s townhomes are over 20% sold and first move-ins are expected at the end of 2015. Information is available at www.grosvenorheights.com or the community sales center, open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 5430 Grosvenor Lane in Bethesda.

The community is within walking distance of Rock Creek Park, Fleming Park and the Bethesda Trolley Trail. Nearby, the Shops at Wildwood offer Balducci’s and neighborhood dining. For commuters, the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro Station is a short walk and the community is a short drive from two major highways: I-270 (one minute away) and I-495 (two minutes away).
