Great Reviews for WJ's Production "The Laramie Project"

Live Entertainment, Live Play Performance!

If you missed
opening night of WJ's Laramie Project, RUN don't walk to tonight's
performance!! There are only 4 performances left and you won't want to
miss it!

Here's what people are saying:
What a wonderful, poignant portrayal of a very heavy subject and so
professionally done, was said over and over last night by many of the
attendees. It was on target with the original play and movie and was
masterfully done. The subject of Matthew Shepard's murder and the
aftermath were expertly handled by WJ Cast and Crew and done in a way
that honors the late subjects life. From the acting to the stage sets
everything was done with the utmost professionalism that you would see
at RoundHouse, Olney Stage or Arena Stage - truly an expert rendition
not to be missed!

In
October 1998 Matthew Shepard a University of Wyoming Gay student was kidnapped, severely beaten and left to
die, tied to a fence on the outskirts of Laramie, Wyoming. Five weeks
later, Moisés Kaufman and fellow members of the Tectonic Theater Project
went to Laramie, and over the course of the next year, conducted more
than 200 interviews with people of the town. From these interviews they
wrote the play The Laramie Project, a chronicle of the life of the town
of Laramie in the year after the murder. THE LARAMIE PROJECT is one of
the most performed plays in America today.
