Urban Haunted House Opens

Why to go:  Experience the metro area’s first fully indoor haunted house. Based on “Project 4.1” which was a governmental project to study the effects of nuclear fallout, this haunted house will feature zombies, decaying bodies, vicious military men and many more scares

Footloose Friday at Avant Guard

Where:  Avant Garde Ballroom Dance Center, 5268 Nicholson Ln Ste M, Kensington, MD

When:  Sept. 28, 2012, 8:00 p.m.

Why to go: Get your dance on at the social event. Start out with some cha-cha lessons at 8:00, then go “footloose” until 10:30 p.m.
