Ingleside at King Farm Hires Kristina Pare as Director of Sales

Rockville, Md. – Ingleside at King Farm, a premier senior living community located in Rockville, Md. and one of three not-for-profit Ingleside communities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, announced that Kristina Paré has been named director of sales. In this role, Paré will be responsible for all sales at the continuing care retirement community (CCRC).

“Kristina brings more than 20 years of CCRC sales experience to Ingleside at King Farm,” said Marilyn Leist, executive director at Ingleside at King Farm. “In addition to her familiarity with our industry, Kristina has proven skills in leadership and team-building, which are fundamental qualities for leaders at Ingleside.”

Prior to joining Ingleside at King Farm, Paré held the position of marketing director for a Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)-accredited CCRC in Charlottesville, Va. and oversaw several successful expansion projects. Most recently, she was marketing director overseeing pre-sales and fill up for a senior living community in western Albemarle County, Va. In addition, Paré has been an instructor at the University of Virginia’s Osher Life Long Learning Institute (OLLI), leading a popular course on navigating senior living options.

Prior to moving to Virginia, Paré worked at Ingleside at Rock Creek, Ingleside at King Farm’s sister community, for 10 years. While at Ingleside at Rock Creek, Paré was the director of marketing and admissions.

Paré completed the Virginia Commonwealth University Executive Leadership Program in 2008 and earned her Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) certification in 2002. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Community Health Education from Towson University.
