Family urgently seeking short-term (1-6 month) low cost rental situation in Montgomery County, ideally in Bethesda, Silver Spring, Chevy Chase, Kensington, Rockville or other areas within reasonable driving commute to Rosemary Hills elementary school. Family members include mother and five-year old daughter. Excellent prior rental references available. Family is flexible about rental terms and space required and will consider a separate apartment, basement apartment, finished basement space without separate entrance, or a private room or rooms within a residence.
