
An exciting part-time opportunity is available for an experienced and energetic Office Administrator to manage operations for our Bethesda, Maryland office. The chosen candidate will manage the support staff, office services, and facilities, develop and monitor the budget, and assist with marketing initiatives. He/she must also have a good understanding of law firm financial metrics and reporting. This position reports to the Office Managing Partner and to the Director of Firmwide Office Operations and Facilities and will participate in the development and implementation of key firm and office initiatives in collaboration with a management team that includes the administrators of the firm’s 13 other offices and the directors of firmwide administrative operations.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with proven experience in facilities management, budget planning and control, project management, and personnel management and development. Strong leadership, organizational, client service, and oral and written communication skills and prior experience in a law firm or other professional services experience are required.
