WASHINGTON – 18|8 Fine Men’s Salons will soon introduce a collection of affordable indulgences to men throughout Metropolitan Washington, D.C.

The brand, renowned for its distinctive collection of upscale men’s services offered at moderate prices, has signed a multi-unit agreement with local resident Alazar Berhane to open ten fine men’s salons throughout the D.C. area.
