Dan Diggs opened Window Genie of Bethesda in May. Providing services that include window cleaning, window tinting, pressure washing and more to homes and businesses in Chevy Chase, Bethesda and Potomac, Diggs provides a service that has earned Window Genie a reputation of excellence, recognized by industry experts like Entrepreneur Magazine, Angie’s List, Franchise Business Review and more.

With over 30 years of experience working in sales in the home improvement, home performance, energy efficiency and flooring industries, Diggs has long been aware of the multitude of benefits that home cleaning services can provide. Inspired by both this knowledge and a lifelong entrepreneurial passion, Diggs looked to leverage his decades of business experience to own a business of his own.

“I did exhaustive research on five franchises that appealed to me and came away convinced that Window Genie was the best fit for me,” said Diggs. “I felt comfortable with the level of support the corporate office would provide and liked the business model, which provides a service I knew from experience that so many homeowners stand to benefit from.”

Growing up in the market he now serves since he was 4, Diggs now has the opportunity to connect with the community that has supported him. Diggs aims to support nonprofits Wounded Warrior Project and Autism Speaks, following Window Genie’s Windows 4 Wishes program that encourages franchisees to give back to their community in a multitude of ways.

As he looks forward to making a name for himself in the community through both the services he provides and the charitable impact he aims to have, Diggs sees a bright future ahead.
