Montgomery County Adding 150 Jobs with Opening of New Safeway on Rockville Pike

SAFEWAY NOW HIRING FOR NEW ROCKVILLE STORE

Safeway is seeking new employees for its soon-to-be-opened Rockville store, which will be located at 1800 Rockville Pike. The store, scheduled to open on December 9, will employ approximately 150 people when it opens for business.

The store will be hiring for a wide range of positions to include courtesy and service clerks; cashiers; cake decorators; bakers; produce clerks; department managers; and meat cutters and wrappers.
