Montgomery County Public Schools Make Friday Decision
School officials made an announcement for Friday, Feb. 20.

Public schools in Montgomery County will open on a two-hour delay on Friday, Feb. 20, school officials announced.
However, administrative offices will open on time, and day-care programs will be open as scheduled.

Here’s the announcement the school system issued Thursday:
Montgomery County Public Schools will open two hours late on Friday, February 20 due to emergency weather conditions. Bus service will be provided on a two-hour-delayed schedule. Morning prekindergarten, morning half-day Head Start, other morning half-day programs and field trips are canceled. Other activities and programs that begin at 10:30 a.m. or earlier are canceled. Administrative offices will be open on time. Day care programs in school buildings will remain open as scheduled.

Montgomery County Public Schools abrirá dos horas más tarde el viernes, 20 de febrero, debido a la emergencia por tiempo inclemente. Los autobuses escolares funcionarán en un horario de dos horas de retraso.
