Montgomery County Sobriety Checkpoint Set for June 11 (ICYMI)

Montgomery County Police will conduct a sobriety checkpoint Saturday night at an undisclosed location. The checks should begin at 11 p.m.

Just a reminder: With warmer temperatures finally here and graduation season and other celebrations under way, the Montgomery County Police Department will check for drunk drivers this weekend.

On Saturday, June 11, officers will conduct a sobriety checkpoint to curb impaired driving and underage drinking, the department says. The operations will start at 11 p.m. Saturday.

The exact location of the checkpoint will not be disclosed in advance and the enforcement will be cancelled if there is inclement weather.
