Get Your Pup Ready For Halloween Parades And Portraits In Bethesda

Pets who want to flaunt this year's Halloween costume can head to Bethesda for a portrait or to march in a Bark Social Parade.

BETHESDA, MD — Get your costumes ready, because there's a slate of Halloween events coming to Bethesda. The festivals are good for kids and for pets, from trick-or-treating to a Halloween Pet Parade through Bark Social.

Whether you have a Labrador in a lion costume or a Yorkie dressed as a pumpkin, these are the events you won't want to miss.

Bark Social has not released the tickets or more details yet but did say that they are hosting a series of events during "Halloweek," that will be announced soon.

Bark Social is a meet-up spot for people who love their dogs. It says it provides an environment that's not only safer than traditional dog parks, but it lets owners have fun too. Bark Social hosts events throughout the year, including a Pride Paw-rade in June.
