&pizza to Honor First Responders on 9/11

WASHINGTON, D.C. (9/11/15) &pizza, the first Washington, D.C.-based fast casual pizza company, known for its trademark ampersand, gourmet handmade pies, inventive flavor combinations, localized store design and dedication to the communities they serve, is proud to announce a special initiative taking place today for the region’s servicemen and women in observance of 9/11. As a way to give back to those who serve, &pizza will be providing a free pizza to Military, Police, Firefighters, and EMS members in uniform or with proper identification from opening to close of business at all operating locations across the region.

The anniversary of 9/11 has become known as a day to honor the nation’s servicemen and women by carrying out acts of kindness and goodwill.
