Why is Regal Bethesda 10 closed? Why is Regal closed on Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda?

Regal Bethesda 10 cinema theater screens were dark Friday, December 16. The Regal Bethesda cinema on Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda closed the previous evening.

The building will soon be demolished.
