Report: Mike Isabella will be opening Kapnos Taverna at Bethesda Row

Robert Dyer @ Bethesda Row reports that Don Rockwell broke the news today that celebrity chef Mike Isabella will be opening a new location of his popular Kapnos Taverna, in the just-vacated Vapiano space at Bethesda Row.

The Greek taverna will certainly draw fans of the Top Chef alum to that corner of Woodmont Avenue and Hampden Lane, and the name recognition could be just what that somewhat-challenging location needs to be viable.
