Solaire Bethesda Tops Out

Washington Property Company (WPC) has topped out construction of its latest upscale apartment development, Solaire Bethesda. Strategically located at the corner of Wisconsin and Woodmont Avenues in Bethesda, MD, Solaire’s 139 luxury rental apartments will start delivering in June 2016. True Food Kitchen, which will offer sophisticated healthy dining in Solaire’s 6,400 square foot street-level retail space, is expected to open in fall of 2016.

Solaire Bethesda is WPC’s third Solaire-branded luxury apartment community, following the 2012 opening of Solaire Silver Spring and the early 2014 opening of Solaire Wheaton.
