Sports & Social Restaurant Opens In North Bethesda's Pike & Rose Neighborhood

BETHESDA, MD — Montgomery County sports fans have a new place to watch games, as Sports & Social has opened up in North Bethesda's Pike & Rose neighborhood. Check out NFL viewings on the 18-foot LED display while trying a cocktail or beer from a local brewery.

The sports bar is at 11800 Grand Park Avenue, across the street from Fogo de Chão.

“Sports & Social is a one-of-a-kind dining venue and social experience that is unmatched anywhere in the country,” said Andrew Izrael, General Manager of Sports & Social Bethesda, in a news release. “It’s the perfect combination of incredible food, great entertainment and state-of-the-art sports viewing all in an upscale setting. We are thrilled to open today at Pike & Rose.”

Sports & Social offers small plates, sandwiches, burgers and entrees, such as its chicken and waffles and steak frites. It's open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with skillets, waffles, biscuits and gravy, and more.

Sports & Social is still hiring servers, barbacks, bartenders and back of house staff, and the website says there is a $500 sign-on bonus for all positions.

"As someone who grew up in this area, it's extremely exciting for me to see a place like Sports & Social for friends and family to gather."
