Sushi Burritos Coming To Bethesda
Sushi lovers rejoice: you will no longer have to go to DC to get your hands on a Buredo sushi burrito.
BETHESDA, MD — The popular DC chain that specializes in burrito-sized sushi rolls, Buredo, will open in the Wildwood Shopping Center in Bethesda this month.
Buredo draws crowds for their oversized, nori-wrapped rolls filled with globally-inspired ingredients. Some signature rolls include: the "Crazy 88" with slow cooked pork shoulder, red onion, jalapeño, and baja sauce; the "Gogo" with spicy tuna tartare, avocado, cucumber and coconut crema and the "Sofie" with shrimp tempura, avocado and Sriracha mayo.
There's no option to create your own burrito, but you can change any signature roll by removing or adding ingredients.

The sushi burritos cost about $9 to $13. The Bethesda location will have a similar menu to the original, but the food at each location varies slightly.
The fast-casual chain is located in Franklin Square and Dupont Circle, and the business has plans to expand to NoMa, the Atlas District, Tenleytown and Bethesda.
