'Think of Pie': Child's Advice to Police
A Christmas card to the Montgomery County Police Department, mourning the death of Officer Noah Leotta, has a great idea.

GAITHERSBURG, MD — In what has been a difficult month for the Montgomery County Police Department -- the death of one officer and another injured by suspected drunk drivers -- a card from a youngster was just the thing to make the season bright.
The department shared a photo on its Facebook page of the handmade card from a child. It reads:
“Police - You get into bad stuff a lot. I know. So when stuff happens just think of pie. Also think of unicorns, rainbows and pie.”

Police said they’ll follow those orders.
“We love receiving cards from children, and this one takes the cake! Or, should we say pie?” the department said.
