The accident is blocking the three left lanes with several miles of traffic backed up. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesman Pete Piringer said on Twitter that a vehicle overturned between MacArthur Boulevardd and River Road. Bethesda, MD — A serious accident has traffic slowed on the Inner Loop of 495 headed in Bethesda, according to reports.

The accident is blocking the three left lanes with several miles of traffic backed up. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesman Pete Piringer said on Twitter that a vehicle overturned between MacArthur Boulevardd and River Road. EMTs were checking for injuries.
