For “Birds of the Deep Waters,” Evelyn Jacob combined elements of these images to create digital photographs of deep resonance and feeling, expressing fundamental human experiences and emotions. To create the images Jacob layered multiple images of birds in flight and of water. Then she de-saturated the composites and toned them to create the images in this exhibit. Evelyn Jacob has shown her work and has won awards in over fifteen regional juried multiple person or group exhibitions in venues such as BlackRock Center for the Arts, Glenview Mansion, Sandy Spring Museum, and Strathmore Hall.
