West Elm Coming To Pike & Rose In North Bethesda
West Elm, the Brooklyn-based modern home furnishing retailer, is opening its doors this fall in North Bethesda's Pike & Rose development.

BETHESDA, MD — Modern home décor brand West Elm is coming to North Bethesda's Pike & Rose development, according to Federal Realty Investment Trust.
Federal Realty Investment Trust, the company that manages Pike & Rose, on Thursday announced West Elm will open its doors this fall. This will be the retailer's third location in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The Brooklyn-based brand already has locations in Fairfax County, Va. and Logan Circle in D.C.
The West Elm in Pike & Rose will be a 11,572-square-foot store located next to Pinstripes.

"Federal Realty seeks to create a merchant mix that compliments the neighborhood offerings and environments in which we create, and we're excited that West Elm has chosen Pike & Rose as its regional retail destination in Montgomery County," said Stuart Biel, Senior Vice President of Leasing. "West Elm's contemporary and affordable home furnishings will be a great addition for Pike & Rose's many residents in our apartment and condo communities, as well as our neighbors in the greater D.C.-area."
Other stores coming to Pike & Rose in 2019 include BurgerFi, Drybar, Fogo de Chão, and Sweetgreen.
