When Will Stores at Pike & Rose Open?

The first business to open its doors in the Pike & Rose mixed-use development in North Bethesda was Del Frisco’s Grille on Thursday evening.

The redevelopment project at Pike & Rose -- the northwest corner of Old Georgetown Road and Rockville Pike -- is part of the 2010 White Flint Sector Plan, according to Bethesda Now. The plan will include 450,000 square feet of retail space. 1.1-million square feet of office space and a 300-room hotel.

While Del Frisco’s Grille is the only business currently open, others plan to follow soon.

iPic movie theater plans to open before the release of the final “Hunger Games” movie on Nov. 21, Bethesda Now reports. AMP by Strathmore, a music and events venue, will be open in December for private events.

• Mirage Nails & Waxing
• Seasons Olive Oli & Vinegar Taproom
• City Perch (the restaurant inside iPic)

• Summer House
• Stella Barra Pizzeria
• Roti Mediterranean Grille
• La Madeleine Country French Cafe
• PR at Partners Salon and Spa
