Sky House Yoga has partnered with the local YMCA to bring a low-cost Yoga Teacher Training program to the community! Starting in January 2015 Sky House faculty will be offering their 200-hour program at the Bethesda YMCA. This program will be offered on weekday afternoons for those who may not have time to study yoga in the evenings and weekends. Childcare is also included onsite for no extra cost.

Sky House values the spiritual practice of yoga and teaches this through the disciplined study of the physical asanas, pranayama, sacred anatomy, meditation, storytelling, planetary cycles/astrology, music/chanting, and focused community service.

This training was designed for yogis unable to commit to evening or weekend trainings. Trainings will be held M, T, F from 10:30am-2:30pm and occasional Saturdays from 8:30am-12:30pm. Child care will be provided at no additional cost during these trainings.
