17-Year-Old Boys Arrested In Connection To Vehicle Theft: Prince George's Police
Two 17-year-old boys have been arrested in connection to the theft of a Hyundai Elantra, according to Prince George's County Police.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Two 17-year-old boys from Upper Marlboro have been arrested in connection with the theft of a Hyundai Elantra.
About 11:30 a.m. on March 8, detectives saw a Hyundai Elantra that had been reported stolen in Prince George’s County on March 3. The detectives stopped the car in the area of Kettering Drive and West Branch Drive. Officers took the driver and passenger into custody, reported the Prince George's County Police Department.

"To help prevent vehicle theft, we encourage residents to remove charger cords from their vehicles or at least hide them. Also, consider purchasing a brake pedal club, alarm or other theft-prevention devices," according to police.
The suspects have been charged with theft, unauthorized removal of a vehicle, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and additional charges.
