2 Killed In Shooting At Camp Springs Motel: Police

According to police, the shooting happened in the 5100 block of Allentown Road on Wednesday.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Two men were killed Wednesday in a shooting at a Camp Springs area motel, according to police and reports.

Prince George's County police said officers were called to the 5100 block of Allentown Road around 7 a.m. after the reported shooting. When officers arrived, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.

According to police, one man was pronounced dead at the scene. The other man was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

Reports by WJLA and FOX 5 said the shooting happened at a Super 8 motel.

Authorities said the shooting was not a random act, and they are working to identify a suspect and motive.
