Boswell-Johnson is accused of killing them after being ordered in November 2015 to pay $600 per month in child support. Prosecutors say he had confronted Davis and demanded she drop the order, eventually shooting them both and fleeing.
Police caught up with him at his job in Gaithersburg, and he later confessed to the killings.
