3 Fatal Car Crashes Lead Prince George's Police To Ask Public For More Information
Prince George's Police asks the public for any additional information they might have about three fatal car crashes that happened recently.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Police are asking for help from the public in shedding light on three fatal crashes that happened recently.
A 41-year-old White Plains driver died April 1 at around 10 a.m. when she was traveling eastbound on McKendree Road in Brandywine, appeared to have lost control of her vehicle and hit a tree. Michelle Develbis was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
Also on April 1 at around 1:40 a.m., a man driving southbound on Allentown Road near Leon Street in Suitland and appeared to cross into the northbound lanes then hit a vehicle. He was pronounced dead on the scene and has not been identified by police, the department noted.

Then on April 2 at approximately 7:20 a.m., 26-year-old Petra Jenkins of Temple Hills was headed northbound on Walker Mill Road toward Addison Road in Capitol Heights when she appeared to have lost control of her vehicle and hit a tree. She was pronounced dead on the scene, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
