5 Guns Found Inside Carjacked Vehicle, 2 VA Men Arrested: Prince George's Police
Two Virginia men have been arrested in connection to an armed carjacking. Prince George's Police found 5 guns inside the stolen vehicle.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — An 18-year-old and a 21-year-old from Alexandria, Virginia, have been arrested and charged in connection to a recent armed carjacking in District Heights.
On April 16 at approximately 5:50 p.m., Prince George’s County Police patrol officers assisted officers with the Fairfax County Police Department who had chased a vehicle that was reported carjacked on Silver Hill Road in District Heights April 9.
The pursuit ended on the outer loop of the Beltway prior to Branch Avenue and the people in the vehicle jumped out and took off running. Two of the suspects – 18-year-old Marquette Staton and 21-year-old Terrell Talley– were arrested without incident a short time later. Two additional suspects are being searched for, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department.

Five firearms were found inside the carjacked vehicle, the police department disclosed. The Prince George’s County Police Department has charged Staton with the initial carjacking in District Heights as well as firearms offenses. Talley has been charged with the unauthorized use of a vehicle and firearms offenses.
