Applications Now Open For Local Impact Grant Program In Prince George's County

Local, non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations can apply for funding that will assist them in providing community-based programs and services.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD β€” The Local Impact Grant Program has released its fiscal year 2023 application for nonprofits that serve Prince George's County in the defined impact area around MGM National Harbor. The deadline to apply happens to be March 17.

Local, non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations are encouraged to apply for funding that will assist them in providing community-based programs and services within the six-mile radius around the MGM National Harbor gaming facility.

Organizations interested in receiving funding must submit their application via the online application portal by March 17 at 5 p.m. Any application submitted after the deadline will be disqualified from competitive review.

The PGCLDC, in conjunction with the Prince George’s County Office of the County Executive and the Prince George’s County Office of Management and Budget, will offer an optional public grant preparation workshop Feb. 16 for those applicants that would like additional information prior to submitting their application. Details regarding the workshop will be posted on the PGCLDC website.
