Author Had Premonition He Would Win $20K On Scratch-Off Ticket
A self-published author had a premonition that he would win on his next lotto ticket, which ended up netting him $20,000.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A self-published author claimed $20,000 on the Ravens X2 scratch ticket. The 72-year-old Takoma Park man told the Maryland Lottery that he had a premonition he'd win.
The author said he plans to pay off debt and continue writing and self-publishing books.
Lucky Beer & Wine located at 6863 New Hampshire Avenue will receive a $200 bonus from the lottery for its role in selling a top-prize winning $20,000 scratch-off.
