Bowie Resident Self-Publishes Four Books in Six Weeks

Have you ever wanted to publish your own book? You might have written your life story, a novel or a book of poetry. Now what? How do you get your book published?

If you are like me and a lot of others who don't have money to spend on publishing a book, you try to find other ways. I have discovered, through my customer and friend, Ash Shuklah, Sell Like Crazy, that self-publishing your own book is the way to go. Thanks so much for the tip Ash!

There are many self-publishing websites and you can search online for them. But I use createspace.com. It is very easy to use and owned by Amazon. You can publish your book right to Amazon and even to Kindle, if you choose.

Just format your own book in Word with the proper page size that you want. Get a FREE account and upload your book. It may take overnight to get it approved. Then it is available to sell on Amazon United States, Amazon UK and Amazon Europe. You even get paid royalties for the books that sell on Amazon and Kindle. You can also buy your own books for a fraction of the cost to sell yourself. For example, my books that sell for $14.99 on Amazon, can be purchased by me for just $3.50 plus shipping. Then I can sell them myself. What could be easier?

If you don't want to design your own cover or page art, you can get an artist at fiverr.com to do it for just $5. Yes, you read that correctly, only $5.

You say, "It sounds too easy and too good to be true." Well, it is easy and it is true. Believe me. I have written and self-published four books in just six weeks by using createspace.com. Check out my books at amazon.com by typing my name, "Cindy Freland." It will bring up all my books, including the ones in Kindle format.
