Global Culture-Understanding Your Neighbor

Based on the growing global diversity, we launched a TV show called Global Culture to share with the population different culture within and beyond the City. Within the past 2 years of programming, we have brought to the show guests of numerous background sharing their heritage, travel experiences, talents and "misunderstanding" We have covered Cultural events, from Bowie International Festival to Global Diaspora Forum organized by the US State Department to celebrate the Diaspora and Culture in the United States. Since the world has become smaller with the use of technology, ignorance can no longer be an excuse not to know or learn other cultures. With the Internet, anyone can learn about other culture since the more one knows about other culture the more respect and mutual understanding. As we greet our Muslims brothers and sisters who are fasting in the month of Ramadan-July 2012 it's critical to understand the significance of this to them. Finally, this summer time, there are numerous celebrations, join and attend to learn about other culture and heritage.
