Convenience Store Worker Fatally Shot On The Job: Prince George's Police
A 27-year-old convenience store worker has been fatally shot while on the job in Oxon Hill. A $25K reward has been offered for information.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 27-year-old Washington, D.C., man working at a convenience store in Oxon Hill has been fatally shot and police officers are searching for the suspect or suspects.
A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the case. Police say the shooting was not random.
The shooting happened July 11 at approximately 4:40 a.m. at a convenience store located in the 4400 block of Wheeler Road. Prince George's County police officers found Deangelo Washington with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
