Bowie Community Theatre presents Grace & Glorie, written by Tom Ziegler and directed by Estelle Miller. This charming tale set in the Blue Ridge Mountains centers around a feisty 90-year-old cancer patient (Grace) and the volunteer hospice worker/New York expat (Glorie) who administers her care and becomes her unlikely friend. Estelle Parsons and Lucie Arnaz starred in this play on Broadway. There are also evening performances on October 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 and 22.
