We offer a variety of martial arts disciplines, including Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and Qigong. Our school, Accrete Martial Arts (AMA), is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages through the practice of martial arts. The topic for this competition is "Open":  any subject, taken anytime, anywhere.  Our judge for the night is Lew Lorton.  Lew says: "My photography is guided by two beliefs: technical achievement in photography is only important when it hurts the impact or message of the shot and artistry dies not stop when the shutter button is pressed."  Club meetings are free and open to all.
