The Bowie branch of PG County Memorial Library System presents a free concert to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the start of the Civil War. Father-son duo Ken (on the hammered dulcimer) and Brad Kolodner (on the banjo) will perform popular and martial tunes that were enjoyed by both Northerners and Southerners at the outbreak of the Civil War.
